Job Description
Customer Management:
- Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers through personal visits, building strong relationships, and providing personalized service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues effectively.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely and appropriate resolution of customer requests.
Sales Pipeline Management & Development:
- Develop and execute an annual customer call cycle, including planned and unplanned visits, to secure committed orders and grow business.
- Achieve individual sales targets by expanding business with existing customers and gaining new customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the customer database.
Profit Margins Assurance:
- Adhere to regional profit margin standards and discount guidelines to ensure profitability.
Sales Deployment & Strategy:
- Create and implement a personal sales plan to target new prospects, maximize growth within the existing customer base, and minimize customer churn.
- Continuously develop knowledge of company products, services, and the competitive landscape to provide the best solutions to customers.
- Negotiate cost-sensitive customer agreements, ensuring adherence to minimum pricing tariffs.
Job Requirement
Experience: 3 years of experience in sales.
Education: Bachelor's Degree.
