Job Description
- Independently responsible for organizing and implementing the work of the Engineering Equipment Department.
- Prepare technical documents, improve standards in product technology, process, materials, etc., and lead the organization and implementation of existing product process improvement work in the company.
- Establish process standards, packaging standards, etc., supervise and inspect the process execution process, process parameters and standards, improve product performance, and maintain product yield; Develop and improve process documents, guide the production line to carry out normal production operations according to the documents.
- Responsible for the process debugging of new machines and equipment to meet the process requirements of normal production; Timely guidance, handling, coordination, and resolution of technical issues that arise during the production process to ensure the normal progress of production work.
- Design and improve production processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Responsible for the entire process of technology introduction and innovation, new product research, new technology promotion and application, technical guidance and supervision for the company.
- According to the process technology standards and company drawing standards, complete the standardization drawing deepening and drawing decomposition work required for the production plan.
- TPM project promotion, follow-up, and execution.
- Establish an equipment management system to standardize the management of company equipment.
- Establish and improve equipment management systems and systems.
- Develop, organize, and coordinate the company's equipment and accessory procurement plan.
- Organize the development of company equipment technology renovation plans and implement renovation projects.
- Organize the development of equipment operation specifications, maintenance and troubleshooting plans.
- Organize the development of equipment major and medium maintenance plans, equipment troubleshooting and analysis.
- Responsible for team building and management and ensuring the performance management and training of department personnel.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
