Job Description
Email Marketing Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement the overall Email Marketing strategy.
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly email marketing activities.
- Research market trends and customer behavior to optimize email content and sending schedules.
Team Management and Development
- Recruit, train, and develop members of the Email Marketing team.
- Assign tasks, monitor daily task progress, and evaluate team performance.
Campaign Design and Optimization
- Ideate and oversee the production of email content, including text, images, and calls-to-action.
- Coordinate with the Design, Content, and IT teams to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for management and propose data-driven improvement solutions.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Technology, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing.
- Minimum 1 year in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Experience deploying Email Marketing campaigns across diverse customer segments.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Email Marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics and tools such as Google Analytics.
- Good content writing and editing skills.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles in email design.
Language Skills
- Good proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
