Job Description
- Quản lý, phát triển và hoạch định chiến lược, chiến thuật tăng trưởng trên thị trường global.
- Lập kế hoạch, xây dựng giải pháp để đạt mục tiêu doanh số cho các sản phẩm công nghệ.
- Quản lý, nghiên cứu và phát triển chuyên môn mobile app marketing (UA: Facebook, Google, Tiktok,...; Monetization: Google Admob, Max).
- Xây dựng, đào tạo và quản lý đội ngũ nhân sự marketing (Performance marketing).
- Trao đổi và phối hợp với các phòng ban/đối tác để triển khai Marketing hiệu quả.
- Theo dõi, đo lường, phân tích dữ liệu, và tối ưu hoá hiệu quả chiến dịch.
Job Requirement
- Có từ 02 năm kinh nghiệm làm performance marketing cho sản phẩm công nghệ/mobile app & game trên Android/iOS hoặc sản phẩm tương tự.
- Có từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Leader.
- Có kinh nghiệm triển khai Performance Marketing đa nền tảng.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên sinh năm 1994-1998 và có kinh nghiệm quản lý team từ 10 người.
- Hiểu biết về Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads,...
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý ngân sách lớn.
- Cầu tiến và có trách nhiệm trong công việc.
- Tư duy logic tốt, nhanh nhạy với số liệu.
- Yêu thích công nghệ, ứng dụng & game di động.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh là một lợi thế.
