Job Description

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main contact for international customers via email, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customer accounts.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Order & Documentation Management

  • Manage the full order process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare quotations and ensure correctness in pricing, specifications, and delivery terms.
  • Provide updates to customers on order status, shipping schedules, and any potential delays.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.

Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Production, R&D) to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to address and resolve any order or delivery issues.

Customer Insight & Product Support

  • Support product development by gathering customer feedback and market insights.
  • Identify and communicate customer needs, preferences, and improvement opportunities.
  • Continuously propose initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields (preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within export or international trade environments.
  • Familiarity with international business operations and a solid understanding of Incoterms.
  • Experience in the food packaging industry is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of logistics documentation and order management systems.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
