Job Description
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the main contact for international customers via email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customer accounts.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Order & Documentation Management
- Manage the full order process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare quotations and ensure correctness in pricing, specifications, and delivery terms.
- Provide updates to customers on order status, shipping schedules, and any potential delays.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Production, R&D) to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address and resolve any order or delivery issues.
Customer Insight & Product Support
- Support product development by gathering customer feedback and market insights.
- Identify and communicate customer needs, preferences, and improvement opportunities.
- Continuously propose initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within export or international trade environments.
- Familiarity with international business operations and a solid understanding of Incoterms.
- Experience in the food packaging industry is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of logistics documentation and order management systems.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
