Job Description
- Answer inbound and outbound calls and correspondence, following standard operating procedures.
- Provide information about banking services to enhance customer relationships.
- Identify and maximize sales opportunities.
- Deliver professional, friendly, and high-quality customer service and sales support.
- Address customer needs effectively.
- Manage challenging customers and provide after-sales service.
- Communicate positively and enthusiastically while handling complaints assertively.
- Use effective call control techniques to ensure high-quality interactions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Update and perform online maintenance on systems as requested by customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and promises.
- Process financial entries and account adjustments as needed.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role (call center experience is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken Vietnamese and English).
- Strong customer service skills, teamwork, initiative, service orientation, ability to work under pressure, maturity, motivation, meticulousness, analytical skills, and multitasking ability.
- Good understanding of banking products, services, and customers.
- Working knowledge of specialized products, systems, and services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (email, Excel, Word, fax) and internet usage.
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to gather information.
- Assertiveness and ability to manage situations with limited information.
