Job Description

Customer Relationship & Business Development

• Maintain existing business relationships and develop potential or new customer relationships.
• Develop business in assigned territories and follow approved weekly and monthly work plans.
• Meet customers, collect customer information, and report daily customer contact results to the Sales Team Leader.

Product Consulting, Contract & Sales Execution

• Understand product features, packaging, pricing, strengths, weaknesses, similar products, and competitor products.
• Prepare draft contracts after customer agreement and submit contract terms to the Sales Team Leader for review.
• Complete contract signing procedures, store contract copies, and coordinate original contract handover to relevant departments.
• Directly follow up contract execution, including delivery procedures, invoice issuance, and product quality checks with customers.

Customer Service, Complaint Handling & Collection Support

• Understand customer contact procedures, complaint handling processes, and customer information resolution procedures.
• Receive and handle customer complaints related to product quality, delivery time, and related issues.
• Monitor contract liquidation and support Accounting in following up customer payments until completion.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

• College degree or above in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of project sales experience; experience in the fitness industry is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication, negotiation, customer relationship management, and sales follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand product information, competitor products, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Able to prepare work plans, support contract procedures, follow up delivery, invoices, and payment collection.
• Good problem-solving skills in handling customer complaints and sales operation issues.

• Able to work independently and develop assigned sales territories.
• Able to coordinate with Sales Team Leader, Sales Channel Manager, Accounting, and customers.
