Job Description

CNC Programming & Machining

• Check technical drawings after receiving new orders and write the CNC program for new parts.
• Finish programs on time according to the production demand for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines.
• Perform detailed programming for machining on CNC milling and CNC turning machines.
• Calculate cutting modes for metalworking and pay close attention to the stipulated parameters of the tools.

Tooling & Fixture Design

• Determine and prepare the necessary tools required for machining operations.
• Design necessary fixtures for the parts to ensure precise and efficient manufacturing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Production Manager, Purchase Manager, and Shift Leaders to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Calculate production time for new parts from customers to support the Sales Department in quotation and planning.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience & Knowledge

• At least 3 years of experience in programming CAD/CAM, mechanical operations, and blow molds.
• Professional and mature experience in using Mastercam and Powermill for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling machines.
• Experience working with European or German companies is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the practical application of engineering science, technology, raw materials, production processes, and quality control.
• Good knowledge of programming NC (G-Code, M-Code) on the Fanuc control system.
• Solid knowledge of assembly tolerances, measurement techniques, and international manufacturing standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in English for daily communication with internal teams and suppliers.
• Excellent qualification in CAD/CAM systems for programming CNC machine tools for metal cutting.
• Fluency in AutoCAD software, Mastercam 2D & 3D, or Powermill.
• Ability to efficiently build, read, and interpret complex technical drawings.
• Professional use of the Microsoft Office suite.
