Job Description
- Support and directly implement the resolution and supervision of off-balance-sheet debts secured by real estate belonging to the retail banking customer portfolio under management.
- Monitor and supervise the execution of approved payment commitments or approved debt resolution plans.
- Support and contribute feedback to the development of policies, regulations, and procedures related to debt resolution.
- Support and participate in implementing training programs to increase the debt recovery ratio of the Center.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, or Law.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum required experience based on level:
- 7 years (Expert)
- 5 years (Senior Specialist)
- 3 years (Specialist)
- 2 years (Officer)
- Experience in debt resolution or related fields is preferred.
- Preferred experience working in debt resolution at banks and/or experience working at agencies such as the Court, Procuracy, Enforcement Office, Police, Bailiff Office, etc.
- Knowledge of the retail market and legal regulations related to consumer lending.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to manage a debt portfolio effectively.
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and problem-handling skills.
- Ability to travel frequently.
