Job Description
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design (Jewelry, Fashion, Industrial Arts, or related fields).
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of experience in jewelry design or fashion accessory design.
- Understanding of jewelry materials (metals, stones, plating, coating, etc.).
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in design software: Illustrator, Photoshop (Knowledge of Rhino/Matrix/ZBrush is a plus).
- Good aesthetic thinking and sensitivity to fashion trends.
- Careful, creative, and strong teamwork skills.
Personality & Attitude
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion.
Job Requirement
Trend Research and Concept Development
- Research domestic and international jewelry trends (fashion jewelry, fashion accessories, luxury-inspired styles).
- Develop ideas and design seasonal jewelry collections according to the brand's concept.
- Design products including rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and charms suitable for the brand's direction.
Product Development and Production Coordination
- Coordinate with the production department or outsourcing partners to finalize samples (from drawings to actual samples).
- Monitor the sampling process and modify designs based on actual production feedback.
- Ensure product progress, quality, and applicability.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to build product images, photoshoot concepts, and launch collections.
