Job Description
- Tìm kiếm, tiếp cận và khai thác khách hàng mới, cơ hội kinh doanh, tập trung vào khách hàng Nhật.
- Xây dựng, thực hiện kế hoạch doanh số.
- Xây dựng và phát triển đội ngũ bán hàng.
- Phân tích xu hướng thị trường, lập kế hoạch và đề xuất triển khai.
Job Requirement
- Có kinh nghiệm sales trong mảng outsourcing ở thị trường Nhật.
- Có nhiều mối quan hệ, có khả năng tìm thêm dự án.
- Tiếng Nhật ở mức business.
- Tinh thần trách nhiệm, yêu thích vị trí bán hàng.
- Hòa đồng, vui vẻ, năng nổ, chủ động và không ngại công việc lặp lại.
- Khả năng giao tiếp mạch lạc, tự tin, có kỹ năng trình bày tốt, tư duy học hỏi.
- Không phân biệt giới tính, quốc tịch (ứng viên ở Việt Nam, Nhật Bản).
