Job Description
Customer Sourcing & Market Development
- Proactively search for potential customers through multiple channels including market research, personal relationships, referrals, and online advertising.
- Develop market-visit plans and gather customer information to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Approach project investors, general contractors, architects, interior design firms, and individual customers with demands for aluminum and glass doors.
- Analyze the market to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
- Conduct market surveys to capture competitor information including products, market share, pricing, and promotional programs, and report these insights to direct management.
Sales & Technical Consulting
- Actively contact and connect with potential customers to understand their needs and introduce the company's products and services.
- Receive inquiries and provide detailed consulting on aluminum and glass door products including aluminum systems, glass types, accessories, colors, styles, and specific features.
- Address customer inquiries regarding technical specifications, pricing, construction timelines, and warranty policies.
- Negotiate and thoroughly persuade customers regarding the quality, advantages, and suitability of the company's products.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare accurate quotations, draft contracts, and negotiate final terms to close sales.
Customer Care & Contract Implementation
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and secure new referrals.
- Track order progress and coordinate closely with the production and installation departments to ensure on-time delivery and flawless construction.
- Resolve any arising issues quickly and effectively to guarantee absolute customer satisfaction.
- Collect comprehensive customer feedback to continuously improve product and service quality.
- Monitor the implementation of signed contracts, keeping the customer as the central focus to deliver the best value.
Financial Tracking & Internal Coordination
- Follow up on the contract liquidation process and assist the accounting department in effectively managing debt collection.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to improve overall service quality and respond agilely to the latest customer trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans and report performance results directly to management.
- Update customer information and transaction statuses diligently within the internal management system.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings to contribute ideas for building broader business strategies.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree (Intermediate/College level) in Economics, Business Administration, Construction, Architecture, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Over 2 years of professional experience in the building materials, interior design, or similar product industries, specifically targeting mid-to-high-end segments.
- Proven experience in selling to residential projects such as villas, shophouses, townhouses, and mid-sized office buildings (under 12 floors) is highly preferred.
- Solid experience in searching for and aggressively developing new customer pipelines.
- Understanding of the door and building envelope industry, as well as basic knowledge of aluminum systems, glass, and accessories, is considered a significant advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly, coherently, and engagingly.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Proficient problem-solving capabilities to handle flexible and unexpected situations.
- Strong time management skills to effectively plan and prioritize daily tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
- The ability to read and interpret architectural drawings is a distinct advantage.
