Job Description

Bidding Information & Tracking

• Collect and update information on bidding packages from bidding systems, partners, and investors.
• Analyze the preliminary feasibility of projects and prepare proposals for management regarding bid participation.

Bid Document Preparation

• Research bidding documents thoroughly, focusing on technical, legal, and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments including technical, design, legal, and finance to build comprehensive bid documents.
• Prepare capacity profiles, construction measures, project schedules, and accurate bid prices.

Volume Take-off & Cost Estimation

• Extract volume take-offs from technical drawings and bidding documents precisely.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, unit prices, and total bid values.
• Coordinate internally to control costs, ensuring the bid price is highly competitive and financially efficient.

Submission & Result Tracking

• Submit bidding documents accurately and strictly within the required deadlines.
• Monitor the bid opening process, evaluate progress, and clarify documents when requested by investors.
• Update bidding results and report promptly to the leadership team.

Partner & Investor Collaboration

• Participate actively in clarifying bid documents when requested during the evaluation phase.
• Coordinate and participate in contract negotiations if the company successfully wins the bid.

Data & Documentation Management

• Archive all bidding documents and capacity profiles securely and systematically.
• Continuously update the database of material prices, suppliers, and subcontractors to serve future bidding activities.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Construction Economics, or related engineering fields.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Bidding, Cost Estimation, or equivalent positions.
• Prior experience in preparing bid documents, performing volume take-offs, and establishing bid prices within the construction or real estate sector is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of the bidding process, bidding documents, and relevant construction and commercial laws.
• Solid knowledge of volume take-off, estimating, and construction unit pricing.

Skills & Competencies

• Highly proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and related specialized estimating software.
• Excellent skills in preparing and controlling bid documents, volume take-offs, and cost analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and data analysis capabilities.
• Good organizational, time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
