Job Description
Department Management & Reporting
- Manage an accounting department of approximately 10 employees.
- Report directly to the capable and long-term CEO while preparing comprehensive regional financial reports.
Financial Operations & Audit
- Oversee daily accounting operations utilizing Misa software.
- Ensure seamless collaboration with independent auditors (Mazars VN) for corporate auditing requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Share the workload with the existing Chief Accountant, who currently also handles general administration, to ensure optimal financial and administrative efficiency.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a valid Chief Accountant Certificate.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant specifically in the manufacturing or food industry.
- Proven experience working with and reporting to a Regional office.
Skills & Competencies
- Good English proficiency for regional reporting and communication.
- Strong familiarity with Misa accounting software and working with independent audit firms.
Personality & Attitude
- Candidates born between 1985 and 1994 (32 to 41 years old) are preferred.
- Requires 100% honesty, enthusiasm, and a highly stable career path with no job-hopping history.
