Job Description
- Manage company budget and banking relationships.
- Reconcile payroll.
- Handle daily accounting vouchers and other relevant documents.
- Process vendor and supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and proper account coding.
- Manage all accounting transactions and payables.
- Maintain full set of accounts and ensure accuracy of inventory transactions.
- Act as the main point of contact for financial interactions and support for the Principal/Director.
- Monitor, control, and forecast costs.
- Manage and supervise company assets, tools, and inventory.
- Advise on effective accounting practices.
- Prepare supplier payment schedules and submit for online approval.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, tax reports, and other statutory reports.
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements (P&L, BS, Cash flow).
- Prepare and finalize quarterly and yearly CIT reports.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks requested by the Finance Head.
- Prepare documents for CIT finalization reports.
- Monitor tax issues and reconcile discrepancies between tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.).
- Ensure tax compliance.
- Provide support and guidance during audits.
- Advise other departments on tax matters.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting.
- Extensive experience in financial management and accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Positive, flexible, and able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with analytical and organizational skills.
- Spoken and written Chinese language skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- At least 5 years of working experience in accounting.
