Site Management & Supervision

• Deploy work and guide construction teams on-site to execute tasks in strict accordance with approved design drawings.
• Control and regularly inspect the actual construction progress at the site for each project stage.
• Check and confirm the total construction volume completed at the site accurately.

Quantity Extraction & Material Control

• Read and deeply understand technical construction drawings.
• Extract construction quantities and verify the volume of materials required on the drawings.
• Report material requirements to the supply department to ensure timely delivery to the construction site.
• Continuously monitor the status of material supply and optimize material usage at the construction site.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position focusing on Fire Protection (PCCC) system construction.
• Solid understanding of PCCC design, installation, and strict regulatory standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong ability to extract quantities and prepare accurate estimation tables.
• Proficient in designing Fire Protection (PCCC) systems.
• Capable of preparing comprehensive documentation for PCCC system approval and final acceptance with local authorities.
• Personality & Attitude

Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and instruct on-site construction teams effectively.
