Job Description

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to deliver on assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives across channels (modern trade, traditional trade, on-trade, off-trade).
  • Manage key accounts, build long-term customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and risks.
  • Oversee trade investment and ensure effective allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Manage and monitor sales operations, including route-to-market planning, coverage expansion, and sales process optimization.
  • Drive category and revenue growth management initiatives to strengthen market position.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of sales programs.

Monitor operational performance and provide regular business reviews to management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual agreements.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance capabilities, promote professional growth, and build a high-performance culture.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

University degree.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the sales field, including 3 years in a management role.
  • Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry or FMCG is an advantage.
