Job Description
- Marketing: Grow company brand and market share through traditional and non-traditional sales/marketing strategies. Research market and competing businesses to meet target customer demands. Recommend methods to enhance business opportunities. Implement and analyze marketing/sales strategies.
- Business Development/Public Relations: Build relationships with traditional and non-traditional platforms to build the company's brand. Build and maintain business relationships with referring doctors, clinics, business counterparts, and regulatory offices.
- Sales: Enhance and achieve KPIs revenue through product promotions, displays, marketing strategies, and sales techniques. Identify trendsetter ideas through industry research.
- Other duties as required.
Job Requirement
- Excellent communication skills.
- Work experience in sales, marketing, PR, and product promotion in the high-end medical market.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with and lead others.
- Self-starter, capable of working independently, delegating effectively, and achieving results.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
