Job Description
Strategic Advisory & Market Development
- Provide strategic advice on market expansion and business models aligned with the company’s direction.
- Advise the Business Development (BD) team in partner development, negotiation, and distribution network expansion.
- Offer insights and recommendations to optimize business performance, identify opportunities, and mitigate market risks.
Operational Support & Mentorship
- Share practical experience and industry knowledge to strengthen the BD team’s operational capability.
- Participate in reviewing business plans, market analysis, and partnership strategies to ensure commercial feasibility and growth potential.
- Mentor BD managers on negotiation, sales performance, and channel management best practices.
Strategic Reporting & Recommendations
- Prepare and present strategic proposals or improvement recommendations to management.
- Act as a bridge between market realities and business strategy to enhance long-term competitiveness.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Former Director, Senior Manager, or Market Development Executive from leading FMCG corporations (e.g., KCV, P&G, Unilever, Trung Nguyen, etc.).
- Proven track record in market development, business management, sales operations, and distribution channel strategy.
- Preferably retired or currently operating as an independent business consultant.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent advisory, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to provide practical, market-driven recommendations.
- Familiarity with FMCG operations, distribution structures, and trade execution.
