Job Description
- Develop medium and long-term brand strategies to meet annual and long-term goals, including revenue, profit, and other marketing goals.
- Plan, evaluate, and analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop a master plan for new and existing products, including product positioning, pricing strategy, communication strategy, and marketing programs.
- Lead the implementation of the approved brand marketing plan.
- Monitor and manage the brand budget and profitability.
Job Requirement
Qualifications: University degree in a business-related field (Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or Economics).
Experiences: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position at a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry.
General and Other Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Enthusiastic, creative, and keen on work with high pressure.
- Strong understanding of consumer-driven marketing, communication, and deep market analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Possesses strong leadership skills.
- Strong planning, reporting, and time management skills.
- Careful, thoughtful, flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
