Job Description
Corporate Client Development & Relationship Management
- Promote multinational corporate banking business in Vietnam to support departmental profit targets.
- Manage relationships with existing customers and develop relationships with potential corporate clients.
- Maintain communication and coordination with Mizuho’s global networks, especially in the Asia region.
Credit Risk & Transaction Support
- Analyze customer credit risks and support the transaction documentation process.
- Monitor creditworthiness and credit status of existing customers.
- Support department daily administrative tasks when required.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong credit risk analysis capability.
- Good customer relationship management and corporate banking service mindset.
- Ability to work under high pressure and handle business targets.
Language / Other Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, English, and Vietnamese.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with international banking networks and corporate clients.
Personality & Attitude
- Dynamic, creative, responsible, patient, hard-working, and result-oriented.
- Strong teamwork spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proactive and aggressive in business development while maintaining professional service standards.
