Job Description
- Provide Vietnamese-Chinese interpretation and translation services for daily factory operations, including meetings, business negotiations, and document translation.
- Facilitate communication between Chinese management and Vietnamese employees, ensuring clear communication of work instructions and smooth task completion.
- Participate in external business activities, such as client visits and field trips, providing professional translation and interpretation support.
- Organize, translate, and archive internal Vietnamese documents, maintaining proper documentation management.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Vietnamese Language or a related field, with strong Vietnamese language skills and good proficiency in Chinese.
- Preference given to candidates with relevant translation certifications.
- Familiarity with Vietnamese culture and customs, demonstrating strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Prior experience in factory translation or related industry translation is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, confidentiality awareness, and ability to work under pressure.
