Job Description
Production Planning and Supervision
- Receive production plans from management and assign specific tasks to workers in the team.
- Monitor and supervise daily work progress and efficiency.
- Ensure products meet technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Machinery and Material Management
- Monitor the condition of machinery, equipment, and production tools.
- Report immediately when repair or maintenance is needed.
- Manage and use raw materials reasonably to avoid waste.
Reporting and Issue Resolution
- Report incidents arising during the production process to superiors in a timely manner.
- Handle situations and solve problems on the production line.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Intermediate Degree, or College Degree or higher.
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the manufacturing field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or equivalent position.
- Understanding of production processes, personnel management, and quality control.
Skills & Competencies
- Good planning, organizing, and supervisory skills.
- Good situation handling and problem-solving skills.
Personality & Attitude
- High sense of responsibility and honesty.
- Ability to withstand high pressure at work.
