Job Description

Production Planning and Supervision

Receive production plans from management and assign specific tasks to workers in the team.
Monitor and supervise daily work progress and efficiency.
Ensure products meet technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

Machinery and Material Management

Monitor the condition of machinery, equipment, and production tools.
Report immediately when repair or maintenance is needed.
Manage and use raw materials reasonably to avoid waste.

Reporting and Issue Resolution

Report incidents arising during the production process to superiors in a timely manner.
Handle situations and solve problems on the production line.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

High School Diploma, Intermediate Degree, or College Degree or higher.

Experience & Knowledge

At least 2-3 years of experience in the manufacturing field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or equivalent position.
Understanding of production processes, personnel management, and quality control.

Skills & Competencies

Good planning, organizing, and supervisory skills.
Good situation handling and problem-solving skills.

Personality & Attitude

High sense of responsibility and honesty.
Ability to withstand high pressure at work.
