Job Description

Technical Solution & Design

• Create precise 3D drawings using advanced CAD/CAM software to support customer requirements.
• Prepare detailed solution materials for customers, including rigorous time studies and machining simulations.
• Perform test cutting using actual machines to validate solution feasibility and performance.
• Provide technical consultation and explanation of solution proposals to dealers and end-users.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

• Conduct comprehensive training programs and seminars for dealer sales staff and engineers regarding company products.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge to support advanced sales inquiries.

Operations & Market Intelligence

• Manage the showroom to ensure all machines are displayed and maintained in optimal condition.
• Conduct comparative research on company machines versus competitor offerings and prepare detailed market summaries.
• Prepare and deliver internal technical reports and presentations to management.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical fields.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the machine tool industry, preferably within a Japanese manufacturing company.
• Professional experience with CAD/CAM software, IoT, and PLC systems.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in Japanese (Advanced level) and English (Daily conversation level).
• Strong ability to identify issues logically and determine appropriate solutions through technical troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills for dealing with dealers and customers, and the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
