Job Description
(1) Reviewing purchasing / payment / set-up plan including settlement to make sure all items will be paid in an efficient and timely manner.
(2) Providing administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, monitoring expenses, and keeping a record of it all for tracking & auditing.
(3) Comply with financial policies and company regulations
Job Requirement
(1) Work experience as an AP Accountant.
(2) Excellent knowledge of internal control procedures in purchasing.
(3) Hands-on experience with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, MS, etc).
(4) Advanced MS Excel skills including google drive.
(5) Experience with general ledger functions
(6) Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
