+ Visiting customers and potential customers, presenting company products (and company in general), striving develop business either through commercial means or through proposal of development projects.
+ Building a network of contacts across a number of functions: purchasing, technical, logistics in order to create and maintain customer loyalty to company
+ Attending trade fairs and seminars.
To negotiate, within the framework of agreed limits, prices, contracts and supply agreements, payment terms and ensures correct behavior from the customer regarding settlement.
To handle promptly commercial enquiries from the customer, including complaints, and to be accountable for their completion even when other stakeholders are involved.
To manage information flow to customer accurately and timely about product or packaging changes, cancellations, supply shortages, logistics problems etc.
To write after each visit a concise visit report with relevant circulation clear actions. These reports should also include:
+ Accurate information regarding customer, market, competitor actions.
+ Forecast information and any other information regarding the customer as may be requested on an ad hoc basis.
+ Undertake all activities required to efficiently extending, developing and penetrating the market.
