Mô tả công việc

    • Greet guests and escrt them to their tables
    • Maintain seating charts and waitlists
    • Answer phne calls and take reservations
    • Assist with menu recmmendations and answer any questions
    • Ensure dining areas are kept clean and rganized
    • Manage special requests and accmmodations
    • Cmmunicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff
    • Handle custmer complaints or issues
    • Manage payment and checkut process
    • Cntribute to creating a positive dining experience for guests.
    • Take ver the social networking and hotline for the restaurant.
    • Mainly respnd to the Restaurant Manager (RM).
    • Manage Custmer Relationship Management (CRM) for the restaurant.
    • Support and handle the paperwork as the admin position and feedback to the RM

Yêu cầu công việc

    • We are loking for individuals with excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluency in reading, writing, and spken English is also required. The position requires continuous standing for up to 8 hours a day.
    • The ideal candidate will have a cnfident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
    • The ability t remain calm under pressure is essential and applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
