1. Management of business goals:
- Business plan for individuals.
- Developing targets for developing the network of potential customers of B2B business channels;
- Coordinating with related departments
- Self-assess the process of implementing the plan and business results in order to make appropriate changes in time;
2. Finding new customers, new products:
- Search, build potential customer data and approach customers to introduce products.
- Planning new customer development strategy of B2B business channels;
- Assess market needs and coordinate with Marketing to build programs/policies Prioritizing new customers and developing long-term partnerships
- Identify business development opportunities and maximize sales opportunities with organizations and businesses;
- Continuously update new trends of Horeca channel to promptly provide direction for business cooperation development and suitable for diverse customer segments.
- Researching the market, competitors and asking relevant departments to develop new products.
3. Customer Relations
- Develop retention strategies and establish existing customers;
- Building the image of partners and continuously improving programs to meet the maximum requirements of customers;
- Proposing benefits for loyal customers, improving potential of customers.
- Continuously update market information and activities of competitors to come up with effective business plans.
4. Sales:
- Meeting & introduce Cobi’s product to customers.
- Quote
- Making contracts, tracking delivery, issuing invoices, issuing invoices, collecting debts and solving problems before, during and after sales.

- Education Level Required: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or marketing. Professional designations: Have experience in B2B. At least 3 years of experience in the same position.
- Strong at negotiation skill and communication skill.
