Mô tả công việc
- Supplier Qualification: Conducting audits of potential new suppliers, gathering necessary information, and reporting findings to management to support supplier selection decisions.
- Quality Standard Communication & Training: Clearly communicating quality expectations (appearance, functionality, dimensions, reliability, etc.) to suppliers. Monitoring supplier compliance and providing training to their quality teams as needed.
- Production Quality Control: Tracking supplier progress throughout the sampling, pilot run, and mass production phases. Providing timely feedback to the company and managing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to address quality issues.
- Engineering Change Management: Leading the implementation of material changes or Engineering Change Notices (ECN) at the supplier level, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining quality standards.
- Supplier Performance Management: Collecting and analyzing supplier performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluency in Chinese or basic proficiency is required.
- Experience in the metal and plastic industries.
- Results-oriented with strong planning and management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and an open-minded approach.
- Experience in supplier management is a plus.
