Mô tả công việc
- Manage the packing team to ensure proper packaging of finished goods as per purchase orders.
- Organize and handle all shipping activities, including preparing pallet frames, stacking, and tagging.
- Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation (packing lists, shipping marks, etc.).
- Collaborate with inventory to unload materials smoothly and calculate CBM.
- Maintain safety stock levels of packing materials (pallets, frames, tubes, wrapping, etc.).
- Monitor, track, and report shipping & packing KPIs.
- Suggest improvements to working conditions and productivity.
- Manage working time, leave, and overtime for team members.
- Optimize layout for efficient space utilization.
- Recruit, train, and motivate employees.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or engineering.
- Additional certification in logistics is a plus.
- Over 3 years of experience in a similar logistics/warehouse role in manufacturing.
- Physical strength and stamina for demanding work.
- Collaborative work style and leadership qualities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Workable English skills (writing, speaking, reading).
- People management skills.
