Mô tả công việc

1. Annual PG Team working plan making

Make the annual PG team workforce plan by month based on sales target
Set annual PG team efficiency target by month
Set up PG monthly working Calendar

2. Sell out target

Set up monthly PG sell out target by store by model
Tracking the sell out performance daily
Quick action if any gap with target

3. Team Training

Set up PG training mechanism
Organize weekly product/sales skills training/testing/review
Working with HQ IT to develop the training IT tool

4. Team Management

Build up strong PG team national wide
Set up clear KPI and review monthly
Set up working SOP for each position
Sales incentive setting and release to team

5. Communication with stakeholders

Align with marketing head for retail marketing calendar
Align with PM for product sales incentive and sales plan
Align with each channel sales head for sales execution

Yêu cầu công việc

Technical skills & experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operation manager role in Fortune 500 companies or Viet Nam top 100 companies, home appliance or FMCG sales&marketing background in VN.

Degree and Language

Bachelor Degree or above
Degree in sales marketing Field Preferred;

Personal Traits

High sense of responsibility and ownership, Hard-working and self-motivated; Strong Leadership and team spirit; Result driven; Consumer and market insight capability; Strong Problem-Solving Skills; Ability to make the plan and act the plan independently
