Mô tả công việc

Input, match, and process supplier invoices with supporting documents, verifying compliance with payment conditions and authorization.
Accurately and efficiently process invoices into financial systems.
Monitor invoice due dates to ensure payment within agreed-upon credit terms and achieve service level agreements (KPIs).
Proactively investigate and resolve outstanding invoice issues, collaborating with relevant parties to expedite payment processing.
Respond to inquiries regarding payment status and discrepancies, providing timely updates and clarifications.
Support the PTP lead and BP Finance team in addressing AP-related queries during internal/external audits.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the PTP lead.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Oracle and/or SAP, is highly desired.
Experience with AP automation systems is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptable to changing priorities and willing to take on new challenges.
