Recruitment & Selection

  • Implementation of company's recruitment strategy and deliver of recruitment agenda for Sales & Marketing Departments; involve in manpower planning for Sales & Marketing Departments.
  • Responsible for full recruitment process including but not limited screening, interviewing, reference checking, staff orientation, employee benefit and compensation negotiation for Sales & Marketing Departments and ensure that recruitment and selection processes operate effectively with expected results. 
  • Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
  • Key user of job posting system; intranet / HR Community for Sales & Marketing Departments.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary survey participation for Sales & Marketing Departments.
  • Employee cost budget and estimation for Sales & Marketing Departments.
  • Support to build up salary structure, allowances, Sales Incentive Scheme, KPIs for Sales & Marketing Departments.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Participate in payroll and benefits review and implementation for Sales & Marketing Departments.
  • Manage the HR system, maintain database and personnel records in ensuring data integrity for Sales & Marketing Departments.

Training & Development

  • Identify training and development needs through Individual Development Plan, job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with line managers for Sales & Marketing Departments.
  • Propose the efficient training plan aligned with needs combined for whole organization to ensure efficient implementation of individual training plans for all employees.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitor training programs for SALES & MARKETING DEPARTMENTS to ensure the training objectives are met. 
  • Conduct Performance Management, employee performance coaching and counseling as appropriate for Sales & Marketing Departments.
  • Local training program coordination and logistics arrangement. 

Employee Relations

  • Improve working relationships/environment, build morale and increase productivity and retention for SALES & MARKETING DEPARTMENTS.
  • Support to deal with disciplinary or grievance and HR related issues, offer professional consultation and advice to SALES & MARKETING DEPARTMENTS employees as appropriate.
  • Communicate company information to SALES & MARKETING DEPARTMENTS staff effectively and efficiently.
  • Support in organizing and implementing various employee relations activities e.g annual staff functions, S&R initiatives, iSay survey…

Annual HR Process & Management

  • Assist Annual Performance Management, Annual Salary Review and Bonus recommendations processes for SALES & MARKETING DEPARTMENTS.
  • Implement Annual Salary Survey and related analysis for SALES & MARKETING DEPARTMENTS.
  • Assist to review and implement HR policies, Employee Handbook in line with the Company’s strategies and values.
  • Work closely with HR team to prepare Group Social Reports, payroll cost, monthly HR movement reports and related analysis for SALES & MARKETING DEPARTMENTS.
  • Ensure efficient HR operations for Sales & Marketing Departments.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and HR projects as assigned 

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Education & Experience
  • Degree holder in HRM or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in generalist HR and as HR management role. 
  • Former experience in MNC / sizeable companies and serving diverse team is an advantage.
  • Functional & Leadership Competencies
  • Good knowledge in labor law and Government regulations.
  • Good at Recruitment and Performance Management.
  • Strong integrity, professionalism and confidential manner.
  • Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal & communications skills.
  • An energetic and self-motivator with a positive and mature disposition, able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good problem-solving skill and negotiating skill.
  • Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Vietnamese.
  • Excellent PC skills.
