JOB DESCRIPTION
Organize And Execute Brand And Communications Campaigns.
- Assist the Communications Manager in planning internal and external branding and communications campaigns in line with the strategic and operational requirements.
- Execute and monitor branding and communications campaigns, and internal and external events to promote the company brand via online and offline channels.
- Manage internal communications projects alongside stakeholders. Plan and organize regular events that encourage two-way dialogue between management and employees, as well as colleagues in different team to encourage knowledge sharing, engagement, and interaction on social media.
- Create engagement initiatives to meet company objectives and direction.
Manage Internal And External Communications
- Control information in communication channels to maintain the company brand.
- Handle crises in internal and external communication channels.
- Establish measurement standards that provide meaningful information that will guide continual improvement and further increase employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Execute Recruitment Marketing Campaigns
- Support to plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote opening jobs to appropriate candidates.
- Monitor and control campaign execution on metrics, materials, internal and external stakeholders to achieve the objectives of the campaign.
Yêu cầu công việc
MUST HAVE
- At least 2 years of experience in the same level.
- Extremely good at event organization, and project management.
- Very strong branding and communications skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail, can work personally and in a team.
- Be capable of creativity, and design thinking.
- Ability to prioritize and manage own workload effectively but also be flexible and adapt/ respond to emerging issues, short deadlines, and other urgent tasks.
- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, PR, Social Sciences, International Relations, Project Management are preferable).
- English skills are working efficiently.
NICE TO HAVE
- Have basic knowledge about social media, Facebook advertisement
- Experience in writing script and film video clip
