• Operational Support: Assist business managers in day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Market Research: Analyze business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Generate reports and provide actionable insights to business managers.
• Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and refine operational processes and procedures to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Project Management: Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear and effective communication and collaboration.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational strategies and initiatives.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and project outcomes.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related role.
