Mô tả công việc

Working directly with Japanese customers to clarify requirements, make project plan and manage project progress
Transferring the business and quality requirements, detailed functions from the customer to the offshore project team
Assist client in defining requirements and suggest ideas
Creating a design document (Basic design, detail design,...)
Learning the idea of system design, the way of working process from Japanese customers
Product development of customer management system
Could implement coding, testing if needed

Yêu cầu công việc

Japanese language: N2 level and above
At least 3 years experience of BrSE/PL/PM
Experience with web application development
Experience with Java/PHP programming language
Experience with web application development
Experience with Scrum/Agile process
Strong requirement analytical skill
Experience of working/studying in Japan is a plus
Well-organized, capable of performing multiple tasks, able to work under high pressure
Experience of team management is a plus
Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language)
Good at communication, presentation
High responsibility and teamwork spirit
