Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities:

  • To wins, maintains and expands relationships with assigned Company
  • Focusing on China/Taiwan vertical customers (Shoes industry)
  • To establish productive and professional relationship with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. 
  • To meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts. 
  • To manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement. 
  • To ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • To drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners and completes partner accounts plans that meet company standards
  • To organize tradeshows, training and product launching for partners and end users.
  • To provides monthly reporting of Sell through report
  • Monitoring competitor’s activities include price, products, and programs in SMB channels 
  • Manage Brand Operations, 
  • People management (sales, admin, workshop,...)
  • To prepare and implementing Loyalty Programs for Partners
  • To assist Marketing Department to implement marketing collateral and suggest ideas for the Company development. 
  • To Manage the production line

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field
  • At least 3-year experience in B2B sales management, business development, working with local & FDI company 
  • Strong relationship with Shoes Manufacturers in Vietnam
  • Based in HCMC
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a business
  • Responsible for P&L Management and result driven 
  • Excellent organizational skills, proactive with emphasis on priorities and goal setting 
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin – verbal, written to include writing and group presentation
  • Speaking in English is a must
  • Nationality: Chinese or Taiwanese - Local expat.
