Job Description

  • Adhere to established project management methodologies and processes.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for profitable growth in designated product lines, market areas, geographies, or account bases.
  • Take ownership of solution products (potentially cross-functional, cross-organizational, cross-service, involving third parties) to propose and/or deliver to the customer.
  • Analyze and qualify customer requirements, proposing solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Present and document solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery management, delivery manager, staffing, infrastructure/tools, etc.) and customers to hand over and manage projects on schedule, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in technical discovery and kick-off meetings with customers.
  • Resolve or propose acceptable solutions for technical issues encountered during the proposal and delivery of solutions/services.
  • Drive strategies to minimize problems related to proposed solutions.
  • Manage and deploy Proof of Concepts (POCs) to customers, ensuring quality, timely delivery, cost control, and project success.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Deep technical understanding of all solutions offered.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong customer management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development within the business solutions domain.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English (speaking, listening, and writing).

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT environments.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pre/post-sales roles.
  • Experience working with large, strategic business-to-business customers (preferred).
  • Knowledge of general Computer Networks, Operating Systems, and Virtualization.
  • Experience with DMS/ECM, ERP, CRM, and RPA is a plus.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant technology certifications are a plus.
