Job Description

Lead the planning team of 3-5 members with the level of planning manager, planning executive, management trainee.
Participate in client’s briefing sessions, develop and write briefs based on client briefs and to address any issues/opportunities clients may have.
Examine the information, insights, data, category information and social trends from the research and develop a strategic approach, execution plan, measurable KPI for always-on/campaigns/AOP (Mostly about social outreach, digital communication) & present the whole plan to clients, persuade clients to approve social and tactical plans.
Work close with the account team & monitor the execution, ensure the deliverables are aligned with the planning phase & committed KPI.
Deep-dive analyzes content marketing to identify the upcoming marketing trends and recommend indications for clients.
Examining clients’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives.
Conduct the Influencers Landscape annually or specific category social landscape such as BSI tracking … according to the client's request.

Job Requirement

4+ years of experience in social outreach, Digital advertising, Digital media (good to have) & at least 2 years as the role of Senior Strategic Planning Manager in social outreach
Deeply understand all social platforms (especially the emerging digital and social ones); and be able to ensure that our plans are integrated and scalable.
Excellent in English written and communication skills
Good at presentation skills both in English & Vietnamese.
Be able to catch up with new media trends
Have a good knowledge of the media and how strategic planning influences it
Be able to make complex subjects understandable
The flexibility to work over a number of projects and balance your workload
