Job Description

1. Project Management:

Lead and manage the new product development projects from concept through to launch.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

2. Product Design and Development:

Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and market-leading thermal bottle products.
Ensure product designs meet customer requirements, market trends, and company standards.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product concepts.

3. Quality Assurance:

Work closely with the quality control team to ensure new products meet all regulatory and quality standards.
Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout the development cycle.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Liaise with marketing, sales, production, and supply chain teams to align product development with business objectives.
Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.

5. Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
Utilize research findings to drive product innovation and development strategies.

6. Budget Management:

Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
Ensure cost-effective product development without compromising on quality.

7. Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor junior team members.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the thermal bottle or consumer goods industry.
Proven track record of managing successful product development projects.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CAD software and other product design tools.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
