Job Description

+ Leads the development of programs related to productivity, efficiency, gold standard consistency, and others to drive better NOI and customer satisfaction.
+ Spearheads coordination with other support groups and business partners to evaluate current state, develop action plans and glide path for implementation.
+ Led cross-functional team in implementing the plans and program initiatives to drive and deliver agreed business results.
+ Measures the success criteria via appropriate metrics or dashboard, analyzes data, and develops action plans.
+ Performs other jobs, tasks, or expertise-related assignments to develop one’s self and/or share one’s expertise to support the country/market business objectives and division/department’s mandate or the organization’s objectives.

Job Requirement

+ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering; with post-graduate preferred in any Engineering or Business Management course.
+ At least 2 years relevant work experience in food service operations, QSR.; at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
+ Knowledgeable in Food Service Operations and has experience in a managerial position.
+ Project Management
+ Layout and facilities design, and ergonomics
+ Store documentation and program communication
+ Production and service process design and development
+ Store operations standards
+ Food Safety
+ Store capacity analysis
+ Engineering techniques MTS, ABC, Simulation, Needs analysis Process engineering
+ Willingness to travel across Viet Nam
