Job Description

Quality Assurance: The QC Manager is responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and policies to ensure that paper packaging products meet or exceed industry standards and customer requirements.
Quality Control Systems: establish and maintain quality control systems, including inspection procedures, testing methods, and equipment calibration, to monitor and control the quality of paper packaging products at various stages of production. To build specific Product Quality Standard (PQS) for each of every new product development and conduct the training this PQS for QC and others Production team.
Compliance Monitoring: The QC Manager ensures compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and certifications related to paper packaging, such as ISO standards, HACCP, FSC, FSSC, environmental regulations, and safety requirements.
Process Improvement: identify areas for process improvement within the manufacturing process and initiate corrective actions to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and increase overall efficiency.
Supplier Quality Management: The QC Manager collaborates with suppliers to establish quality standards for raw materials and components used in paper packaging production. They may conduct supplier audits and provide feedback to ensure consistent quality and resolve any quality-related issues.
Team Management: lead and manage a team of quality control professionals, including training, performance evaluation, and ensuring adherence to quality procedures and standards.
Data Analysis and Reporting: The QC Manager collects and analyzes quality data, generates quality reports, and provides insights and recommendations to senior management for process improvement and decision-making.
Customer Complaints and Resolution: They address customer complaints related to product quality, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Continuous Improvement: The QC Manager promotes a culture of continuous improvement by fostering a proactive approach to quality, encouraging employee engagement, and implementing quality-related initiatives.
Collaboration: collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, engineering, and supply chain, to establish quality goals, resolve quality issues, and ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirement

1-2 years in the position of QC Sup/Quality Sup/Quality Manager at companies producing paper packaging with offset printing technology
