Job Description
- Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược tuyển dụng, đặc biệt là tuyển dụng nhân viên kinh doanh.
- Quản lý các hoạt động nhân sự khác (đào tạo, đánh giá, lương thưởng...).
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định, chính sách của công ty và pháp luật liên quan.
Job Requirement
- Có kinh nghiệm về tuyển dụng, đặc biệt là tuyển dụng nhân viên kinh doanh (salesperson).
- Dưới 40 tuổi.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong các công ty Digital Marketing/ Fintech.
- Mức lương dưới 50 triệu.
- Có thể nói tiếng Trung tốt.
