Job Description

  • Familiar with labor and personnel policies and regulations.
  • Establish and improve the company's human resources management system and organizational structure.
  • Prepare labor cost budget, education and training budget, and recruitment budget according to the General Office's annual objectives.
  • Coordinate and guide employee recruitment, manage labor contracts, and represent the company in resolving labor disputes or litigation.
  • Handle personnel matters related to hiring and retirement, including procedures, pension and provident fund transfers, audits, settlements, and work-related injuries.
  • Manage company certificates, foreign import/export and annual inspections, information disclosure, and other industrial and commercial matters, including work permits for foreign employees.
  • Handle various administrative tasks.
  • Prepare for staff meetings and coordinate logistics, including procurement.

Job Requirement

  • Recruitment, employment, labor contract verification, and personnel file management.
  • Recruitment process:
    • Post recruitment information.
    • Screen CVs.
    • Arrange interviews and talent selection (3 rounds: HR, Head of Employment, and another interviewer).
    • Conduct post-employment training.
    • Manage headhunting handover work.
    • Carry out all types of recruitment (social, campus, headhunting).
  • Proficient in using office software.
  • Implement the General Office's annual work objectives and formulate the annual HR plan.
  • Manage company fixed assets, maintain equipment, and procure office supplies.
  • Manage attendance, reception, and visitor registration.
  • Fluent in spoken, read, and written Chinese and Vietnamese.
  • Over 27 years old with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 5-6 years of experience.
