Job Description

  • Familiar with labor and personnel policies and regulations.
  • Establish and improve the company's human resources management system, including organizational structure.
  • Prepare labor cost budgets, education and training plans, and recruitment budgets in accordance with the General Office's annual work objectives.
  • Coordinate and guide employee recruitment, manage the signing of labor contracts, and represent the company in resolving labor disputes, conflicts, or litigation.
  • Handle personnel transfers, retirements, retirement procedures, pension and provident fund transfers, audits, settlements, and work-related injury claims.
  • Manage various company certificates, foreign trade import and export procedures, annual inspections, enterprise information disclosure, and other industrial and commercial matters, including employment certificates for foreign employees.
  • Handle various administrative tasks.
  • Prepare for staff meetings, including logistical coordination and procurement.

Job Requirement

  • Experience with recruitment, employment, labor contract verification, and personnel file management.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment: posting job advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews, conducting talent selection (including three rounds of interviews with HR, hiring managers, and other relevant parties), conducting post-employment training, and handling headhunting handover processes. This includes experience with social recruitment, campus recruitment, and headhunting.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to execute the General Office's annual work objectives and formulate annual human resource plans.
  • Experience managing company fixed assets, maintaining equipment, and procuring office supplies.
  • Experience with attendance management, company reception duties, and visitor registration.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Age 27 years or older, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 5-6 years of relevant experience.
