- Develop international freight and logistics services
- Liasing with relevant Trade Lane Managers
- Query resolution with Customers/Manager/relevant departments, timely resolution and response to customers.
- Pro-actively search, qualify, develop and engage into new customer relationships.
- Provide service support and claims resolution for extraordinary issues.
- Maintain and develop relationship with current and new clients
- Using and exploring company’s customer database or searching by your own
- Ensure quality of customer service for internal and external clients through prompt feedback and suitable solutions timely
- Focus on approaching customers European, South/ North America & Australia
- Supporting the Accountant Department for timely collected debts
- Provide training and coaching for internship (if any)
- Other tasks assigned from time to time according to company’s strategy
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum of 2 years of Business Development experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in European, South/ North America & Australasia markets.
- Fluency in English skills both written and verbal
