- Training Program Development: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to identify skill gaps, training needs, and performance improvement opportunities. Design and develop comprehensive training programs, curricula, and learning resources to address these needs;
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars for sales representatives, sales managers, and other relevant stakeholders;
- Sales Methodology and Process: Educate the sales team on our company's sales methodology, processes, and best practices. Train them on effective sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation skills, and closing strategies to improve their sales performance and customer interactions;
- Product and Market Knowledge: Develop and deliver training content on our products, services, and industry trends. Keep abreast of market developments and competitor activities to provide up-to-date information to the sales team;
- Sales Tools and Technologies: Train sales professionals on the effective use of sales tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies. Provide guidance on leveraging these tools to streamline sales processes, track performance, and enhance productivity;
- Performance Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation of sales team performance through assessments, quizzes, and simulations. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to individuals or teams to address areas for improvement and optimize performance;
- Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest trends, strategies, and best practices in sales training and adult learning methodologies. Continuously enhance your own knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality training programs;
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with sales leaders, managers, and team members to understand their training needs and challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to align training initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- Proven experience as a sales trainer or similar role;
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, methodologies, and processes;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions;
- Proficiency in using training software, multimedia tools, and learning management systems;
- Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools;
- Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and measure outcomes;
