Mô tả công việc

- Learn and fully understand the targeted apartment project’s knowledge & information.

- Build various channels and networks to find new customers for leasing luxuriousapartments.

- Search and analyze to fully understand customers’ demands and situations to providethem with the most suitable apartment options.

- Respond to inquiries by telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings. Ensure urgency inresponding to inquiries.

- Convert potential customers into apartment visiting appointments.

- Negotiate the price, terms, and conditions between the customer and landlord.

- Consultcustomers with necessary market information and insights to convince them to makedecisions.

- Close deals with potential customers.

- Do paperwork after closing deals.

- Maintain good relationships with customers, landlords, and agent partners.

- Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM from Mondays to Saturdays.

- Working location: Lux 6 tower, Vinhomes Golden River, District 1, HCMC.
