Mô tả công việc

MEP System Design: Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement MEP system designs for our wooden modular structures, ensuring they comply with U.S. standards and regulations.
Construction Oversight: Oversee the installation and integration of MEP systems during the construction phase of projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and other team members to ensure smooth execution.
Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify the functionality and compliance of MEP systems with design specifications and relevant codes.
Project Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation for all MEP systems, including plans, schedules, and as-built drawings.
Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering disciplines, architects, and project managers to achieve cohesive project outcomes

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MEP Engineer in roles involving system design and construction in the modular construction industry.
Certification: Possession of an MEP-related certification from an accredited U.S. institution or organization.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes and MEP standards is essential.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software tools for MEP design and analysis.
Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies, materials, and construction methodologies.
