1. Maintain and ensure server, application and computer room facility operation are adhered to company IT policy
2. Provide daily system administration, maintenance, configuration and installation on Unix & windows platform
3. To support IP based network architecture, interconnected system & equipment in WAN / LAN environment
4. To lead the develop team & support team members in maintaining PRC plant's operation and deliver adequate solutions to business
5. Prepare IT proposal / budget / technical documentation and system specification
6. Support ERP / Shop floor control manufacturing system in line with business
7. Liaise with internal users and external IT vendors on system implementation and enhancement
8. Support end-user in all aspects of IT services
9. Monitoring and refining system performance to improve business application availability
10. To prepare operations manuals and provide training for the end users

Competencies and experiences requirement

1. University qualifications in Computer Science or equivalent
2. Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in electronic manufacturing / EMS industry, with at least 1 years at managerial level
3. Experience in administering and maintaining network, email, Internet & database system (e.g. Exchange Server, MS SQL Server, Web Server & Router configuration .etc)
4. Excellent technical troubleshooting skills, proficiency in setting up and maintaining: NFS, NIS, DNS, SSH, FTP, Send mail, Unix shell scripts
5. Experience in performance monitoring, tuning of server and database
6. Practical experience in Oracle EBS functional knowledge and customization is an advantage;
7. With proven track record in supporting and developing manufacturing system
8. Project management skills
9. Independent with good in analytical and problem-solving skills
10. Well-developed interpersonal & team management skills and ability to operate successfully at all levels of the organization
11. Good command of written and spoken English
